Thank you for shopping at Manifest Salon Ltd. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our hair products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds for eligible products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@manifestsalon.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting information.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with instructions for returning the product. Do not send the product back to us without prior authorization.
  3. Return Shipment: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please package the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing time before your refund is officially posted.
